Jacob Construction & Design was founded in 2007 in a small coastal California community to provide General Construction services that focus on our core belief and morals that drive the company to this day. We are a full service construction firm, with multiple in house self-performing trades’ capabilities.

In addition to project management, scheduling, safety, and quality control Jacob Construction & Design (JCD) also provides multi-discipline General Engineering, General Construction, Environmental and Specialty Trade services including design/build, lump sum and negotiated contracts. Our customers include Federal, State and City Governments, private commercial and industrial companies.

JCD is an approved participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) program. Our current bonding level is $15MM aggregate and $7.5M single job.
