Project Goal

JCD was responsible for demolition and installation of a new water recirculation system at the Officer Club’s swimming pool.


JCD was responsible for providing labor, material, equipment, and supervision to demolish and install a new water recirculation system and all accessories at Building 901 (Officer’s Club). The work included the following: demolishing and replacing the pool skimmers, electrical wiring and conduits, electrical controls, pumps, pool light gaskets, filters/accessories, disinfectant equipment, piping, and valves. Given the deteriorating condition of the building, JCD had to adequately prepare the pump room with new doors, air circulation systems, concrete pads, and paint/epoxy to ensure durability of the finished product.
